Priya qualified in 2018 and has over 3 years’ experience in Private client work. Priya work on a range of different issues from Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and administration of Probates.

Priya provides clients with the assistance they require to ensure their financial and personal circumstances are provided for and pride myself in delivering the much needed support in difficult circumstances following a passing of a loved one.

Nick Bennett is a highly accomplished Private Client Solicitor with an impressive 19 years post qualified experience within the Probate, Wills, Tax, Trusts and Court of Protection fields. He has an unwavering commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of estate planning and probate matters. His extensive knowledge, combined with his compassionate approach, ensures that clients receive the best guidance and support when dealing with sensitive and intricate legal matters related to wills and probate and he is dedicated to preserving his clients’ legacies and providing them with peace of mind.

Roanna joined the Private Client team February 2023, based in Kings Heath, and she’s looking forward to expanding on her existing knowledge and passion for Private client whilst training to qualify as a solicitor. Roanna graduated in 2020 from University of Liverpool with first class honours and further went onto graduate from BPP with LPC LLM in 2021.

I began my legal career in 2018 at a prominent law firm in the West Midlands, first joining GloverPriest on the administration and secretarial team in 2021. This role provided me with valuable experience across a wide range of conveyancing transactions, laying a solid foundation for my future in the legal sector.After exploring other avenues, I re-joined GloverPriest, drawn by their commitment to professional development and the supportive work environment. After exploring various roles within the legal field, I was given the exciting opportunity to advance my career as a Junior Conveyancer. Alongside this role, I have embarked on a law degree to further enhance my expertise and better serve our clients.

After completing her LL.B (Hons) at Oxford Brookes University and attending law school at Kaplan Law School (formerly part of Nottingham Law School), Katia qualified as a solicitor in 2012 specialising in residential property. 

Katia was previously a Partner and Head of Residential Property at the Wimbledon  Office of a Legal 100 firm before moving to the Midlands. Most of her work comes from recommendations by clients and she is recognised for her speed and efficiency in completing property transactions. 

Communication is very important to Katia and she usually replies to all clients’ emails promptly to ensure that her clients are always aware of how their matters are progressing. Katia sees her relationships with clients as collaborative and works alongside them to get the job done.
