At GloverPriest we offer a range of Will writing services to best suit you, ranging from individually bespoke Wills dealt with face to face by one of our specialists covering complex area and where large estates are involved – to simple and online Wills, designed for those with more straight-forward requirements.

Our online Will service is designed for standard single or mirror Wills only. Any additional requirements will need to be handled directly with one of our specialist’s lawyers, but don’t worry if your Will does become complex a member of the team will get in touch.

The online questionnaire should only take around 20 minutes and can be saved at any time to revisit prior to the final document being submitted. Once your Will document has been submitted a member of the team will get in touch with you.

Up to 60% of people in the UK die without a will in place. However, a Will can be an important way to protect your family and loved ones. While the primary purpose of your last will and testament is to distribute any property you own in the event of your death, it may also legally specify a number of other provisions including guardians for your children or specific funeral wishes.

Standard single Will

 A standard single will is designed for one person:

• to appoint their choice of trusted individuals to act as executors of their estate;
• to make specific gifts;
• to nominate who will benefit from the rest of their estate; and
• to appoint guardians for minor children.

A standard single will does not include formal trust provisions.
 

Standard mirror Will

Standard mirror wills are designed for couples (married or unmarried, civil partners or otherwise), who have similar wishes:

• to appoint their choice of trusted individuals to act as executors of their estates;
• to make specific gifts ;
• to nominate who will benefit from the rest of their estate; and
• to appoint guardians for minor children.

Standard mirror wills do not include formal trust provisions.
