Gavin is a Director, and has expertise in all areas of contentious Private and Commercial Law. He was previously a partner in a Staffordshire Law firm until 2007 before moving to Birmingham to head up the Family Litigation department for a Birmingham based firm in 2008. In January 2010, Gavin took up his current role as the Head of Litigation.

Martin is a co-owner and has responsibility for all non-contentious matters in the practice. He specialises in Property - both Residential and Commercial - and predominantly looks after the more complex and diverse matters. Before setting up GloverPriest with Gavin, Martin qualified in 2003, was promoted to Partner of his previous practice in 2006, and then joined Thomas & Co and Forster & Wheeler in 2009.

Rachel qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2005 specialising in Residential Conveyancing, Transfer of Equity and Re-mortgaging. Having worked in Market Harborough for 8 years, Rachel is now back working in her hometown of Wellingborough. She was appointed a Director in 2015.

Lesley qualified as a member in 1997 and as a fellow in 1999. Specialising in Residential Conveyancy, Lesley has held a position as a fee-earner in this area since 1990, and joined the firm in 2012. Lesley is based at our Quinton office.

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2006, specialising in Residential Conveyancing, covering all Sale and Purchase Transactions, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build Purchases and Shared Ownership matters. She joined Glover Priest in June 2016 and heads the Conveyancing Department in our Tamworth office (Argyles Solicitors), which is a trading style of GloverPriest.

Rhys joined GloverPriest in 2013, having just completed his Legal Practice Course, and qualified as a solicitor whilst within the practice. He is a solicitor that covers Residential and Commercial Property, Family Law and areas of both Contentious and Non-contentious law including Debt Recovery and Wills and Probate.

Gemma graduated from Keele University with an upper second class honours LLB having studied in Texas USA as part of her degree. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Gemma qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer 10 years ago and covers all Sale and Purchase Transactions, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build Purchases and Shared Ownership matters.

Hayley joined us at GloverPriest in 2014 and now has over a decade’s experience in wills and probate after starting her career as an office junior and working her way up to become a Probate Executive.

An Associate of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Hayley is continuing her studies and training whilst at GloverPriest, with the ultimate aim of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Hayley is a key member of the GloverPriest team and is based at our Wellingborough office, and her main areas of expertise include: Wills, Probate (both contentious and non-contentious), Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and the management of financial affairs under Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Orders.

Emma has a First Class Law degree from Nottingham Trent University, and will soon become a licensed conveyancer. We were delighted to recently welcome Emma to the GloverPriest team after her successful management role at a large legal firm in the East Midlands, managing a team of 10 conveyancers.

Emma has experience and expertise in all property matters including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, and is based at our Wellingborough office. . I guess one of my particular areas of strength including drafting transfer deeds for sale of parcels of land and deed of easements.

Pavneet is a highly skilled empathetic Family Solicitor who has worked in family law since 2009. Prior to joining GloverPriest in 2019 Pavneet headed up several successful family law departments in London and in the Midlands building up lasting connections with both clients and likeminded professionals.

As Head of GloverPriest Family Law department in Stourbridge and Quinton, Pavneet represents clients in matters including separation, divorce, financial & property matters, domestic violence and children disputes.

Pavneet is a friendly, straight talking and approachable Solicitor who is known for going the ‘extra mile’ with all her clients delivering excellent levels of service. With Pavneet’s Indian heritage this means she has considerable cultural knowledge of the Asian community and is well placed to advise and sensitively handle such cases.

Louise is a collaborative Lawyer and a member of Resolution.
Louise is a Chartered Legal Executive and brings over 20 years experience having previously headed up the family department in her previous roles. Louise has a wealth of experience and is well versed in negotiating complex financial settlements as well as day to day financial disputes and deals with all divorce transactions both large and small. Her other areas of expertise are matters relating to children, particularly contact and residence disputes, cohabitee disputes and pre and post nuptial agreements.
Louise is recognised for her personable down to earth approach and her ability to immediately set client’s at ease so that they have a clear understanding of the issues they have before them.
Louise offers a professional and constructive approach to her client’s needs and can provide reassurance and clarity during times which are often uncertain.
As a member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association) Louise is a part of a national association of family lawyers who adhere to a code of conduct to deal with matters is a conciliatory and constructive manner. However, Louise is able to take a robust stance in cases that require this level of representation.
In 2018 Louise became a collaborative lawyer. Collaborative law is an alternative dispute resolution and trained lawyers have the skills and expertise to help clients resolve disputes without going to court.
Outside of work Louise assists in fundraising for various charities close to heart and enjoys spending time with her two daughters.

Lauren started with GloverPriest in 2018 as a Legal Secretary working hard to develop herself within the company. At the end of 2019 Lauren successfully gained the role as a residential conveyancer while training for her CLC Level 4 Diploma, gaining her own case load of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re mortgages, shared ownership matters.
Prior to joining GloverPriest Lauren worked at Shoosmiths Solicitors for over a year, as a legal assistant and then progressed onto handing my own cases.
Lauren is passionate about building relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.

Lee has worked in law since 1987 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 1994. After being admitted as a solicitor in 1998 he then established Bradin Trubshaw with Helen Bradin before it later became Bradin, Trubshaw, and Kirwan. Lee is an experienced legal practitioner and has extensive experience in legal areas such as Civil Partnership Dissolution, Personal Injury, Wills and Probate, and Landlord and Tenant Issues. He also has lectured Law and practice modules in Further Education for four years as he is keen to pass on his extensive legal experience and expertise to young Law students.

Jack studied his Law degree at Swansea University, and then went on to do his postgraduate at Swansea, completing his Masters in Law combined with the LPC. After graduating in September 2020,  Jack joined GloverPriest Solicitors November 2020, gaining a wide variety of experience within different areas of the firm. 
Jack has gained invaluable experience that will help him for the foreseeable at GloverPriest. Jack qualified as a Solicitor through a training contract with GloverPriest and now specialises in Commercial Conveyancing Law turning his hand to anything from a sale to an options agreement.

Stephen has been involved in residential Conveyancing since 2011 and is a recent addition to the Department.

He has transacted various residential property cases and specialises in both property sales and purchases.

Stephen refers to house buying as ‘one of the biggest and most stressful transactions most people undertake’ but prides himself on working efficiently, and to the satisfaction of his clients, to ensure the deal goes as smooth as possible.

He enjoys the daily challenges that conveyancing brings and offers a highly effective, personable service.
