Conveyancing

Ian has worked for GloverPriest since 2018 and has worked in Sales and marketing for the last 15 years. After starting with GloverPriest Ian established a diverse sales and marketing team to support clients with their onboarding and developed internal processes to create a better experience, Ian has previously worked as a Sales Manager and Project Manager in the technology sector and original started in the social care sector as a Care Home Manager. 

Emma joined the GloverPriest team late 2020. Prior to joining Glover Priest, worked for leading firms in the industry both in senior operational roles and volume conveyancing.  

 

With over 25 years in the residential conveyancing industry, Emma is an experienced in all areas including complex matters.  She maintained her own client base, whilst managing an operational department that specialised in all types of residential conveyancing matters, and have experience in developing and leading both support areas and transactional teams. Emma is passionate about the development of people and enjoy seeing their success.  

 

Outside of work, Emma enjoy swimming, art, all genres of music and love live music, reading and going to the rugby. 

Alisha completed her Legal Practice Course in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She joined Glover Priest Solicitors in 2020 as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. She has her own caseload assisting clients in purchases and sales of Freehold and Leasehold properties. Alisha is friendly and approachable and will do all she can to ensure that transactions run smoothly. 

Oliver joined GloverPriest in 2021 as a Residential Conveyancer, and is based at the Tamworth office. He brings experience from his previous role at a Cambridgeshire Conveyancing firm, as well as his LLB and LPC.

Leah started working in Conveyancing in 2014 and holds the CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Land Law & Conveyancing.
She joined GloverPriest (Tamworth) in October 2019 as an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with the view to progress within Conveyancing and further her legal knowledge.

Leah is currently undergoing further training and hopes to run her own caseload in the near future.

During my spare time, Leah enjoy weight training and is also a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor. Leah also enjoy spending time with my loved ones and travelling.

Chloe started working at GloverPriest, Stourbridge in 2019 and has now been working in conveyancing for 4 years since moving from Davison’s Solicitors.

 

Chloe has recently progressed at GloverPriest, to having her own case load consisting of sales and purchases and looks forward to her cases and knowledge expanding.

 

Karishma graduated at Aston University in 2018 with a LLB Honours. She has been working in the legal sector since 2019 and has worked in many law firms across the West Midlands. 

Jack studied his Law degree at Swansea University, and then went on to do his postgraduate at Swansea, completing his Masters in Law combined with the LPC. After graduating in September 2020,  Jack earned a role as admin support in November 2020 for GloverPriest, gaining a wide variety of experience within different areas of the firm. 
He became a paralegal 3 months into employment, having worked in the Conveyancing team, the Wills and Probate team, the Accounts team, and then took on a new position as an internal trainer for the whole firm. 
Jack has gained invaluable experience that will help him for the foreseeable at GloverPriest. With just starting his training contract, Jack looks forward to his future as a trainee solicitor and eventually as a qualified Solicitor.
