Gemma Hales - Licensed Conveyancer
Gemma graduated from Keele University with an upper second class honours LLB having studied in Texas USA as part of her degree. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Gemma qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer 10 years ago and covers all Sale and Purchase Transactions, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build Purchases and Shared Ownership matters.
Leah Brabbins - Conveyancer
Leah started with GloverPriest in the summer of 2021 working hard to develop herself within the company. Leah works in the role of residential conveyancer, gaining her own case load of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re mortgages, shared ownership matters. Leah is also training to become Licensed as a Conveyancer.
Jake Underwood - Conveyancer
Jake has worked for Glover Priest since 2022, firstly as a legal assistant and now as a conveyancer. Previously he worked for the Right to Buy Department at the Council. Having completed his Level 3 Diploma in Land Law and Conveyancing, he is now undertaking my CLC. Jakes favourite hobbies include football and cricket.
Kellie Hawtin-Perry - Solicitor
Kellie is a Specialist Property Lawyer and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016. Kellie worked at her previous law firm for over a decade and was formerly the acting Regional Head of Department. Kellie deals with all residential Sale and Purchase Transactions, New Build Purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and Transfer of Equity matters.
