Jack Howell began his career at GloverPriest in November 2020 as Admin Support, quickly transitioning into the Conveyancing team. With strong backing from his colleagues, Jack progressed to legal admin assistant and then to Paralegal, gaining valuable experience across departments, including Wills & Probate and Family law.
“GloverPriest provided me the tools I needed to progress,” Jack said, reflecting on the firm’s commitment to nurturing talent.
As he continued to develop his skills, Jack was awarded a Training Contract and is now on track to qualify as a solicitor. The diverse experiences and one-on-one mentoring he received have been pivotal in shaping his career. “They have been encouraging, supportive, and dedicated in developing me during my training,” Jack shares, underscoring the firm’s dedication to personal and professional growth

Since starting at GloverPriest, Salvia has gained significant experience and contributed to the expansion of the Family department, which has grown from one to five fee earners in two years.
